Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to focus on brain SPECT imaging and delivering high-quality patient care for children and adults in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires a current Nuclear Medicine Technologist license, experience in a high-volume setting, excellent communication and teamwork, and the ability to work independently. The position offers an ESOP and a Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Nuclear Medicine Technologist license.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Brain imaging/SPECT experience is a plus.
• Picker Prism 3000 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform brain SPECT scans and imaging protocols.
• Prepare IVs and administer patient doses.
• Perform daily camera and hot lab quality control.
• Handle isotope preparation, surveys, wipe tests, and documentation.
• Process and print scan images.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and equipment records.
• Manage medical supplies and isotope inventory.
• Perform required dose calibrator and sealed-source testing.
