Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Washington State is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform nuclear medicine procedures and uphold departmental standards. You will ensure compassionate imaging care for pediatric patients and may handle on-call tasks as part of a variable schedule.

The role requires a health science degree with CMNT/ARRT credentials or registry eligibility, CPR certification, and Washington State DOH certification.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in science of health care field preferred CMNT (NMTCB), ARRT (N) or equivalent or registry eligible and exam taken within one year of employment.
  • Health Care Provider CPR certification.
  • Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-call tasks as needed and a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures.
  • Administer diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals per department policies.
  • Perform venipuncture and IV placement as required.
  • Work independently and unsupervised when needed.
  • Perform quality control procedures and maintain film filing system

Position Summary

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is an excellent opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures and maintaining departmental standards. In this role, you will ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients.

Responsibilities
  • You will perform on-call tasks, when necessary, as well as a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures
  • You will administer diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • You will perform venipuncture and IV placement
  • You will be able to work independently and unsupervised
  • You will perform quality control procedures, as required for all equipment, and become familiar with the film filing system

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $49.84 - $79.05 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
