Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, mathematics, computer science, or related engineering fields.
• Eight or more years of work experience in relevant fields including systems engineering and data-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and NLP methodologies.
• Experience with NLP pipelines, preprocessing, training, fine-tuning, and optimization for mission environments.
• Understanding of data architectures for large-scale analytics.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data quality, bias mitigation, and mission assurance in NLP/LLM deployments.
• Ability to create program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestones.
