Job summary

NJD Delivery Services Co. is seeking enthusiastic Delivery Associates to join our team in Chicago. You will deliver packages to customers’ doors on a schedule that includes mornings through evenings, with shifts 8–10 hours and overtime paid.

Responsibilities include safely operating a delivery vehicle, using handheld routing devices, and loading/unloading packages up to 50 lbs. We provide paid training and benefits and require eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and policies.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Job Description:

NJD Delivery Services Co. is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. Company Vehicle Provided No CDL Required.

Schedule:

• Shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Approximate hours are 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.
• Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours per day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use the handheld devices for routing information, and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be Customer Obsessed! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22.75/ Hour.
• Paid Training.

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Successfully pass all required pre-employment tests according to NJD policy.
