Ideal candidates have a degree in Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture, 10+ years of experience, AICP certification, NJ PP licensure, and strong GIS/Adobe/MS Suite skills to deliver

Qualifications

Degree in Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture.
10+ years of experience in planning roles.
AICP Certification and NJ PP licensure.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite; familiarity with GIS.

Responsibilities

Lead master planning, zoning, and development regulation projects.
Review and prepare local ordinances and planning reports.
Manage projects including staff, budget, and schedule.
