Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and dedicated to quality care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be CHHA certified in NJ.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor health status and report changes to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care provided.
