Qualifications

• Background check required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CHHA certification in NJ is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Monitor health status and report changes to the care coordinator.
• Follow care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Document care provided in a timely, accurate manner.
