Qualifications
- HHA certification in New Jersey required.
- Experience in home care preferred.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor changes in health status and report to care coordinator.
- Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
- Ensure comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
