Under attorney supervision, you will prepare and file visa applications, analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation while coordinating with multiple attorneys. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or ABA‑approved paralegal certificate, 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience, and strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (ABA-approved).
• 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm.
• Knowledge of NIV processes.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
