Job summary

Asplundh Electrical Testing, LLC is seeking a Calibration Technician with strong metrology expertise in Foxborough, MA. The role focuses on executing in-lab and field calibrations to ensure measurement instruments meet NIST-traceable and quality system requirements.

The technician will manage calibration workflows, analyze results for drift and uncertainty, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on calibration and metrology experience.
• Experience in commercial or accredited calibration laboratories or military calibration roles.
• Strong foundation in electrical measurement principles and calibration theory.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-lab and on-site calibrations for electrical, mechanical, and thermal instruments.
• Maintain traceability to NIST or equivalent standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on calibration performance using Crystal Reports and Excel.
• Support audits by presenting calibration procedures and traceability documentation.
