Job summary

Jeff Wyler Nissan of Fairfield is seeking a Service Technician who loves solving problems, diagnosing issues, and taking pride in quality repairs. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and communicate findings to Service Advisors.

You will use diagnostic equipment, repair to Nissan standards, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to a collaborative team. Automotive tech training or experience is required, with ASE certifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair experience required.
• Automotive technical training or schooling is a plus.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, and other repairs.
• Communicate repair needs with Service Advisors.
