Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least age 17.
• Must have fundamental knowledge and proper use of ninja/gymnastics equipment.
• Must be able to implement oral and written instructions.
• 1-2 years of Ninja, gymnastics or related coaching or teaching experience is preferred.
• A Ninja Coaching Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and supervises ninja classes, open ninja gyms and rentals in a safe, positive environment.
• Builds meaningful relationships with members and guests and upholds YMCA values.
• Leads engaging, safe classes aligned with YMCA policies and mission.
• Provides information, surveys, and campaigns to participants.
• Follows all YMCA emergency and safety procedures.
