Job summary

Zaxby's in Louisburg, NC is hiring cashiers to deliver fast, friendly service and process orders accurately. You will handle payments, maintain a clean dining area, and follow procedures to ensure a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders and handle payments.
• Keep the dining room and guest areas clean.
• Provide excellent guest service following procedures with urgency.
• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Balance daily cash drawers, safes, and credit cards.
• Operate the store to meet budgeted goals and ensure product quality.
• Schedule staff to manage labor expense and maintain guest experience.

Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are directly responsible for delivering a great experience. You will take and enter orders, handle payments, keep the dining room and other guest areas clean, and provide excellent service to our guests by following standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency.

Capabilities Requirement:

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.
• Insure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.
• Hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Insure that daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards are balanced.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goal.
• Insure that all product quality standards are met.
• Create an environment of quality within your store.
• Lead a team well and coach the performance of others.
