Qualifications

• You understand spoken instructions and you follow them.
• You have inspected parts or worked in a plant before.
• You have used work instructions or inspection checklists.
• You have used a tablet or a phone app to report work. Salesforce experience helps.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• You inspect parts by sight and by hand.
• You compare each part to the quality standard.
• You report each defect to your supervisor.
• You record your results on a tablet.
• You follow the inspection steps at each stage of production.
• You tell your team when you see a quality problem.
• You keep your work area clean and safe.
• You arrive on time for every shift.
• You follow all safety rules and client rules.
• You work fast and stay accurate.
