Job summary

Premier Health Partners seeks an LPN to perform med pass and IV care on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit at Upper Valley Medical Center. The position supports RN-directed patient care during 7PM-7:30AM shifts (36 hours/week; 72 hours per pay period).

Requires Ohio LPN license and BLS; Diploma Program and no prior experience required; strong multitasking and communication skills essential. Responsibilities include patient care, collaboration with the nursing team, and adherence to regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Diploma Program in practical nursing required.
• Valid Ohio LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administers patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Collaborates with the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities.
• Adheres to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards.
• Provides physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
