Job summary

Baptist Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Progressive Care Unit on a full-time night shift (36 hours per week). Shifts are 12 hours, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

The CNA will assist the RN with patient care, perform ADLs, maintain safety, collect lab specimens, monitor intake/output, document in EMR, and handle other duties. BLS and CNA license required; HS diploma/GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active Florida certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Patient activities of daily living
• Maintaining a safe environment for patients
• Collecting lab specimens
• Intake and output monitoring
• Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
