Job summary

The Wingmen in Phoenix is seeking a freelance videographer to capture nightlife events and create vertical short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Typical deliverables include 4-6 vertical edits per event plus a 60–90 second recap, with a seven-day turnaround and raw footage archived.

You'll need your own camera, gimbal, lighting, and audio for studio work, plus strong editing to hook viewers. This is a contractor role with a focus on paid social ad creative.

Qualifications

• Own gear: camera, gimbal, lighting, and audio for the studio work.
• Strong editing with pacing, music selection, and hook-first structure.
• Understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok specifically.
• Seven-day turnaround, consistently.
• Based in the Phoenix metro with reliable transportation.
• Business insurance and a contractor agreement.
• Bonus: experience cutting paid social ad creative, or shooting talking-head/course content.

Responsibilities

• Capture Wingman Club events and turn them into short-form vertical content.
• Deliver 4–6 vertical short-form edits and one 60–90 second recap per event.
• Deliver within seven business days and archive raw footage.
• Occasionally produce studio-style talking-head videos for curriculum.
