Tyson Foods is seeking a Yard Driver Operator for the D Shift (Nights) at Tyson Foods Truck Stop in Hanceville, AL. The role starts at $21.85 per hour and involves coordinating trailer and tanker traffic, maintaining logs, and upholding Tyson safety policies.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass the Tyson Yard/Lot Driver Assessment, and the capability to work in extreme temperatures while following safety procedures.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a current valid State driver’s license.
• Must not have any DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months.
• Must have 6 months experience of tractor-trailer driving within the last 2 years.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.

• Coordinate trailer and tanker traffic in the receiving yard and maintain a log of product loads.
• Maintain and promote Tyson safety culture.
• Receive training as required and perform various positions as assigned.
