Job summary

Qualifications

• Delaware Security Guard Card preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to tenants and visitors.
• Monitor and track all visitors entering the property; screen as directed by management.
• Answer and route incoming calls from tenants and visitors requesting information.
• Conduct regular building rounds to ensure doors are secured.
• Assist with directing residents/tenants to safety during emergencies.
• Serve as a liaison between the property and responding entities (police, maintenance, etc.).
• Investigate suspicious people or activities and notify authorities when appropriate.
• Log and store packages for residents as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
