Job summary

Envive Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves assisting physicians with procedures, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to evaluate nursing plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with at least 1 year of RN experience preferred, and is ready to contribute to patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes while maintaining a safe, comfortable unit.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure and at least 1 year of RN experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforces supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
