Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Roles models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures for sales floor readiness.
• Prepares merchandise for the floor following company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
