Mac Papers + Packaging seeks a Warehouse Nights Associate to support receiving and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse in Lithia Springs, GA. The role involves reading work orders, using Infor M3 and Factory Track, and ensuring accurate order processing.

Responsibilities include stacking pallets, loading/unloading, stretch-wrapping, and daily equipment checks. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year warehouse experience (2+ years preferred).
• Must efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Able to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English for safe performance of job.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders and verbal instructions.
• Interact with Infor M3 and Factory Track per daily assignments.
• Receive, put-away, move, print and process orders.
• Select merchandise for shipment and stack on pallets using order selector or forklift.
• Move items from receiving to shipping or other designated areas.
• Stage pallets at proper dock locations.
• Load and unload pallets with full cartons or broken lots.
• Stretch-wrap product for safe transportation.
• Mark packages with identifying information.
• Meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards while maintaining safety.
• Perform general cleaning/maintenance duties.
• Inspect warehouse equipment daily.
• Follow Mac Papers preferred work methods at all times.
• Notify supervisor of unsafe conditions.
• May interact with customers.
• Follow all safety policies and protocols.
