You will safely and efficiently select customer orders, palletize products, and use order selecting software to ensure accuracy. The role requires standing for long periods and operating a pallet jack as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English for trainings and coaching.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Experience in high-endurance or physically demanding environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and confirm product correctness.
• Construct and wrap pallets to meet productivity standards.
• Pre-shift equipment checks and safe operation of pallet jacks.
• Move products from racks to pallets using selecting software.
• Transport orders to the dock and shrink-wrap palletized shipments.
• Maintain clean, safe aisles and return equipment to charging area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
