• Must be able to read and communicate in English for trainings, coaching, labels, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Selecting: Safely and accurately select customer orders, ensuring products are correct and undamaged.
• Palletizing: Construct and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operation: Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Fulfillment: Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Staging: Transport products to the dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate: Maintain clean, safe aisles and return equipment to the charging area.
• Adaptability: Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
