Job summary

US FOODS Night Warehouse Selector is seeking reliable team members to prepare and ship customer orders in a fast-paced night shift. You will build pallets, select items, verify accuracy, and maintain safety standards to support growth and on-time delivery.

Starting wage is $17.90 per hour with incentive pay, with overtime opportunities and benefits from day one. Weekend and holiday work is required on occasion, and you’ll join a culture that promotes from within and continuous training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday.
• Occasional weekends and holidays required.
• Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred.
• Experience lifting/transferring; gym, farming, construction work, etc. could be relevant.
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and build pallets per weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate correct product and ensure it is damage-free.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Team to clear aisles of debris, remove empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to charging area.
