US Foods in Allentown, PA is seeking a Night Warehouse Selector to safely and efficiently select and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training starts at $33.96 per hour; incentive pay is added after training, and after six months wages increase to $38.00 per hour, with further incentive opportunities.

This role requires lifting 20–80+ lbs, operating electric pallet jacks, and working 8+ hour night shifts Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday.
• Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selecting: Safely and accurately select customer orders, confirming that selected products are correct and undamaged.
• Palletizing: Construct and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operation: Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Fulfillment: Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Staging: Transport products to the designated dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate: Work with the team to maintain clean and safe aisles and return equipment to the charging area.
• Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.
