Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Night Warehouse Selector in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on safely selecting and palletizing customer orders, efficiently moving products, and meeting productivity targets during night shifts.

Applicants should be able to read and communicate in English, be prepared for 8+ hour overnight work, and have experience with high-endurance tasks and large-scale order selections. Pallet jack operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, and enter information on reports.
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday.
• Recent experience in high endurance or physically demanding activity is preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selecting: Safely and accurately select customer orders, confirming that selected products are correct and undamaged.
• Palletizing: Construct and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operation: Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Fulfillment: Transfer products from racks to pallets using order selecting software.
• Staging: Transport products to the designated dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate: Work with the team to maintain clean and safe aisles and return equipment to the charging area.
• Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.
