Floor & Decor in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Receiving Associate to assist in warehouse operations, including unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory. This Full-Time/Part-Time role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualified candidates will work in a busy warehouse environment, with varying hours and seasonal peaks; training and safety procedures are integral to day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail."
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with company values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and procedures.
• Complete required training (forklift certified).
