Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our store. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory, while following safety procedures.

Earn a base pay starting at $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions and requires forklift experience or certification where available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training ( forklift certified ).
