Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support production schedules and shipping operations. This role requires following Leader Standard Work, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate loading and unloading of shipments.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience; ability to enter data in Oracle WMS is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate power industrial vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow Leader Standard Work activities.
• Perform Material Handler duties to meet production schedules.
• Assign activities based on schedules, orders and customer requirements.
• Load/unload trailers and prep shipments per shipping requirements.
• Enter transactions in Oracle WMS and related systems.
• Train new employees in warehousing/receiving practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety guidelines.
