Job summary

TileBar is an innovative industry leader transforming the tile, interiors and surfaces market in the United States. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order processing, inventory control, and shipment readiness on a 3rd shift with a $2 per hour differential.

The role involves receiving shipments, inspecting goods, updating records, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse organization procedures.
• Able to lift and move heavy merchandise items.
• Flexible schedule, including ability to work on weekends, as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Accurate documentation and reporting skills are required.
• RF scanning and WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents vs. invoices.
• Troubleshoot stock quantity or delivery issues.
• Unload, unpack, and store new merchandise.
• Update inventory records for receipts and locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain inventory and fulfill orders timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies on deliveries.
• Assist with order picking/packing and inventory counts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
