Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an Equipment Operator I for our Orlando, FL facility. You will operate an electric pallet jack or forklift, select products from racking, and build pallets for customer orders in a fast-paced dry-warehouse environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work Sundays through Thursdays 6 PM–2 AM with overtime as needed. Steel‑toe footwear is required from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• High reach experience is required.
• Overtime may be required, including holidays and weekends.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required from day 1.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack/forklift and select products from warehouse racks.
• Label products using SOS label technology and palletize for orders.
• Deliver pallets to dock safely and efficiently.
• Hand-select orders in a dry warehouse environment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections and maintain safety standards.
