Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a warehouse-focused role to support the data center operations team in Texas. You will work the night shift (7 PM–7 AM), manage receiving, staging, and parts delivery, and operate forklifts to move critical hardware.

The role emphasizes safety, speed, and accuracy while maintaining an organized, deployment-ready warehouse. Responsibilities include loading/unloading hardware, inventory control, and timely parts distribution to technicians.

Qualifications

• Available to work nights, 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing environment, construction site, or other hands-on operational setting.
• Comfortable operating forklifts or willing to become certified.
• Dependable, physically active, and able to stand for long periods.
• Organized in fast-moving environments and take ownership of duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; every shipment plays a role in keeping infrastructure online.
• Bonus: experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, shipping/receiving, inventory control, data center hardware, or high-growth operations.

Responsibilities

• Run the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, keeping receiving, staging, and parts delivery moving.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware for deployment.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts quickly for technicians and engineers on site.
• Maintain an organized, deployment-ready warehouse with efficient material flow.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking.
