Job summary

GXO is seeking a Night Shift Clerk in California to support order processing, inventory control and data entry within our warehouse operations. You will handle shipping documentation, ensure accuracy in the WMS, and contribute to a smooth daily workflow on a Sunday–Thursday schedule.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of warehouse experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Fluency in English and flexibility for overtime are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English, including safety rules and procedures.
• Strong data entry and accuracy skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn WMS.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Research and correct transaction errors.
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents.
