Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner in Twinsburg, Ohio to maintain cleanliness and sanitation. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Shift: Thursday-Saturday 10pm-6:30am. Pay: $16.86 per hour, paid weekly. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and is veteran-friendly. Prior janitorial or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Service and restock restroom supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow work schedules and report barriers.
• Move furniture and equipment to clean areas as needed.
• Clean interior glass, windows, and partitions with appropriate solutions.
• Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment.
• Follow procedures for safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Notify management of repairs or additions to building systems.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Adhere to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
