Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Night Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in California. The role covers receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory management, and ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–12:00am, with responsibilities including order pulling, unloading, and maintaining the warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts after training, help keep the area tidy, and work with teams to meet deadlines while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and scanners.
• Basic math and data-entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate with team and management; participate in meetings.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols and demonstrate urgency in customer service.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs; perform additional duties as assigned.
