Job summary

Nordstrom Dubuque is hiring for an Introductory Warehouse Associate in a climate-controlled distribution center. The role offers a Sunday–Thursday night shift (9:00 PM–5:30 AM) with starting pay of $21.60/hour plus shift premiums.

You will help receive, unload, and process shipments while learning the business and potentially earning a permanent position based on performance. Benefits include medical/vision/dental, retirement options, life and disability coverage, and a merchandise discount.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable team player with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work in a climate-controlled distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Complete receiving/shipping documentation as required.
• Rotate through different areas and assist with inventory processes.
• Scan and research merchandise shipments per inventory controls.
