Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Perform basic math.
Technical Experience: Must be able to obtain and maintain company issued forklift certification.
Industry Experience: Previous forklift experience preferred.

Performs various jobs within the warehouse or on the grounds as assigned.
Responsibilities around the facility include pallet sorting, restacking, and identifying product not meeting specifications.
Rework and sanitation as part of team efforts; participates in team meetings and program implementation.
Follows Simmons’ operating systems and team policies to ensure BEST practices.
May perform other duties to support business objectives.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a busy, noisy, dusty environment.
