Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Sun-Thu) in a touchless, fast-paced distribution environment in the United States. Base pay is $17.25 per hour plus a $0.85 shift differential, with benefits starting on day 1 and an On-Demand Pay program.

Walk-in interviews are held Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6:00–8:00 CDT. Responsibilities include crating, pulling product, unloading trucks, crate construction, and ensuring orders are accuracy for customer

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; mechanical aptitude is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability during shipment.
• Collect wood products for crates construction.
• Build crates from wood around cartons for shipment prep.
• Repair or reseal damaged cartons or rebox as needed.
• Consolidate accessory and siding products on storage racks.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and safety checks on motorized equipment.
• Perform warehouse housekeeping and related duties as required.
