Job summary

Cardinal Health in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate for night shift (Sunday-Thursday 6:00pm–2:30am) to pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution center. No prior warehouse experience required; full training provided on equipment used in the facility.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overtime as needed. Pay is $21.67 per hour includes shift differential, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to train and operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders (picking/packing/shipping).
• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with inventory control.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and operate equipment as needed.
