Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory management, and facility maintenance. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and can work in a cold-storage setting. Certification in cherry picker/forklift is a plus or can be obtained after hire. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; however, entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work comfortably in a cold-storage/freezer environment for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior cherry picker and stand-up forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems and data entry tasks.
• Basic math to manage inventory counts and measurements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; attend department meetings.
• Follow safety and compliance protocols; ensure a safe work environment.
• Address customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed
• Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. Ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $19.50- $21.50 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
