Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role in Kansas City, MO. You will receive and fulfill orders on a 3rd shift, 40 hours per week, with nights and weekends as required to complete tasks.

The job emphasizes safe, accurate picking, packing and shipping, with potential cross-training across areas and training on equipment such as order picker and forklift. High school diploma or GED preferred, ability to lift 50 pounds, and basic English.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; training provided on day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Follow directions and adapt to priority changes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders: pick products, perform quality checks, pack, and prepare for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
