OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant for 24 hours weekly (Saturday and Sunday, 5pm–5:30am). You will be trained in valet and shuttle operations and serve as the first and last point of contact for patients, visitors, and teammates, ensuring safe arrival and a positive first impression.

Responsibilities include shuttle driving, greeting customers, maintaining logs, assisting mobility needs, documenting vehicle details, and supporting other parking functions as needed.

Formación

• No Degree or Diploma required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Driving record must have 4 points or less.
• High School diploma/ GED.
• Ability to drive standard/manual transmission.
• 2 years or more of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Shuttle Driving: Greet all customers boarding the shuttle and provide friendly, professional service.
• Safely drive customers to their destination, following traffic laws and prioritizing comfort.
• Complete all documentation, log sheets, vehicle check lists, accident reporting, mileage tracking, defect tracking, and maintenance reporting.
• Use appropriate techniques to assist customers with mobility issues (wheelchair lift and tie-downs).
• Keep shuttles clean and monitor valet areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Cover as needed in other Parking functions (office, shuttle, booth or maintenance).
• Valet Attendant: Greet the customer, assist with directions, and help customers find their way to their destination.
• Assist customers in exiting vehicles when necessary (may require lift).
• Safely park vehicles and note any pre-existing damages, returning vehicles to owners as appropriate.
• Track all vehicles with valet lot sheets and tickets; maintain entry areas free of parked vehicles.
