Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital invites an Ultrasound Technologist to join our imaging/radiology team. The role involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures with independence and initiative, contributing to compassionate imaging care for patients.

We offer a 0.9 FTE night shift (Fri-Sun, 7:30pm-8:00am) with an urgent $20,000 sign-on bonus commitment of 24 months. Registered or registry-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate or graduation eligible within 6 months from an ultrasound technology training program.
• Registered or registry eligible with ARDMS or CCI.
• If registry pending, must complete registration within 12 months from date of employment.
• Previous Ultrasonographer experience preferred.
• Current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and therapeutic/interventional ultrasound procedures independently.
• Apply independent judgment, initiative and creative solutions to work problems.
