Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night Trash Valet team members to collect and dispose of bags at apartment communities. Start times are 7pm, Sundays through Thursdays, with 1–2 hour shifts and $55 per night on a short evening schedule.

You’ll walk doorsteps to collect bags, transport them to the dumpster, and upload photos in the company app, using PPE and working outdoors in all weather. Prior driving eligibility and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation - Open Bed Pickup Truck Required.
• Smartphone required for company app and photos.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
