Job summary

Ally Waste seeks part-time night trash collectors (Trash Valet) to keep apartment communities clean. Earn $30 per night with short evening shifts (Sunday–Thursday, starting at 7pm). Duties include collecting bags from doorsteps, transporting to dumpsters, and uploading photos via our app.

Shifts are 30 minutes to 1 hour, 5-10 hours per week, with safety gear provided and weekly pay via direct deposit. Open-bed pickup truck is required, along with a valid driver’s license and smartphone.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with Proof of Auto Insurance listing you as a covered driver.
• Open Bed Pickup Truck required.
• Smartphone usage for uploads and app access.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and be active 30 minutes to 1 hour per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE provided.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
