Job summary

Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon is hiring Crew Members to greet customers, serve throughout a fast-paced shop, and help with hot food preparation. You will maintain clean surroundings and follow sanitation standards while contributing to a smooth guest experience.

Weekends and holidays are required, and the role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a minimum of ten hours/week AND a minimum of two days.
• Previous restaurant/foodservice experience recommended.
• Beginning Moderate computer proficiency.
• Must be eligible to work in The United States.
• Must agree to a background check.

Auntie Anne's serves oven-hot, aromatic and fresh baked pretzels. But that's not all. This restaurant also serves other baked goods and specialty beverages.

The Crew Member performs a variety of duties relating to QSR restaurant-style service including greeting and serving customers, hot food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and light paperwork. Responsible customer service is a major component of this position.
