Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-related care tasks under supervision.
• Assists, observes, and reports patient changes to licensed caregiver.
• Maintains accurate medical record documentation of care delivered.
• Addresses questions from patients, families, or health care team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
