Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify artifacts and correct telemetry readings.
• Activate emergency response for lethal arrhythmia or cardiac arrest.
• Report abnormal telemetry to nursing staff promptly.
• Identify arrhythmias and monitor patient rhythm changes.
• Operate and monitor ECG systems and printers.
• Document ECG tracings and attach monitoring leads.
• Maintain accurate patient telemetry records.
• Record rhythm changes and updates in patient logs.
