Job summary

IH Services, Inc. in Melbourne, FL is seeking a janitorial supervisor to lead and manage a team for the 3:00pm–11:30pm shift. The role focuses on ensuring quality cleaning, floor care, and adherence to standards across facilities.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, can lead and mentor associates, and is able to stand or walk for long periods. A strong work ethic and reliable performance are essential.
